This notice explains how personal data is processed for bookings and contact under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Saydak Transfer Kusadasi processes your name, phone, ID/passport and transfer details to fulfil bookings. Data is used for operations and driver briefings and is not sold for marketing.

What data we process

For bookings we may process name, phone, email (if provided), passenger count, flight/ship details, passport or Turkish ID number, transfer date/time, route and notes.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to plan the transfer, inform the driver, confirm the booking and meet legal duties. Legal bases: performing the contract and legitimate interest.

WhatsApp and third parties

A booking summary may be sent to operations via WhatsApp. Data is shared only with drivers/ops as needed; it is not sold for marketing.

Retention

Data is kept as long as needed to complete the booking and meet legal periods, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may access, correct, delete or restrict processing and lodge a complaint. Contact us by email or phone.
